By booking a session with Melissa Leslie Kinesiology, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all kinesiology services provided to humans and animals.

Kinesiology is a complementary therapy and is not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified health professional.

Kinesiology sessions are designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. Results may vary between individuals and animals. No guarantees of outcomes can be made.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or veterinary advice for any health concerns and to continue prescribed treatments unless advised otherwise by a qualified professional.

Appointments must be booked in advance via the website or agreed booking method.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or non-attendance will incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• If you are late to your appointment, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients.

• Fees are as stated on the website at the time of booking.
• Payment is required as outlined during the booking process.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

By attending a session, you confirm that:

• You have provided accurate and complete health information to the best of your knowledge.
• You consent to receiving kinesiology services and understand the nature of the therapy.
• For animal sessions, you confirm you are the legal owner or authorised guardian of the animal.

All personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

• Melissa Leslie Kinesiology is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in kinesiology sessions.
• Clients accept full responsibility for their own health decisions and outcomes.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
